This vintage Rolex Datejust with silver linen dial was produced in 1970 and has reference 1601. The watch is in overall great condition. The 36mm stainless steel oyster watchcase measures 36mm and is also in good condition. The watch is fitted on a later solid jubilee bracelet with only minor stretch. The brushing on the lugs is nice and even and the edges remained sharp. The silver linen pie-pan dial is in great condition. The hour markers are made from 18kt white gold and are applied on the dial, featuring no-lume. It furthermore features the original "hooked 7" datewheel. The white gold fluted bezel is in excellent condition. The automatic caliber 1570 movement was recently fully serviced by our watchmaker and runs great.

Please keep in mind that vintage watches need to be treated with reasonable care by their owners.
Excluded from the warranty are: water damage, turn and push buttons, crystal, watch strap and clasp. Improper use or damage caused by the owner or third parties are not covered by our warranty.
All warranty claims must be directly reported to Timeless Vintage Watches. The warranty will be void if a third party worked on or opened the watch.
The warranty is non transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. With every claim the invoice or invoice number must be presented. Repairs without a valid invoice are also possible but will be made at your costs.
